The architecture framework consists out of several building blocks where the expert can consult you in addition to the standard enablements being availalbe:

Make/Buy/Use analysis: Support with a structured approach in the evaluation process where a set of new business requirements need to be fullfilled with new or the re-use of existing applications

Architecture principles: Education on Architecture Principles and technology review with impact assessment. Architecture compliancy level determination with a Fit/Gap analysis for existing applications

Capability map: Support to identify capabilties of our application portfolio for a specific business model (e.g. Lidl), structure it in a map and align and compare this with already existing capabiltiy maps.

This can provide the basis for an portfolio analysis and the identification for optimisation.e
